Feb 29, 2024: Kemptville residents, Kirk Albert and Victor Lachance have filed notice of their intention to apply to the Ontario Court of Appeal to appeal the decision issued earlier this month by the Ontario Divisinal Court dismissing their judicial review application filed in August 2022. Nov 14, 2023: Superior Court of Ontario will hear oral arguments concerning a motion brought forward by Victor Lachance and Kirk Albert to compel the provincial government to disclose key records on Nov 15, 2023
